WAM Ventures

I manage the operation team and oversee strategic projects including investment in new properties, from the conceptual to final design. I have an expertise in the redevelopment of existing buildings, interior and exterior construction, fabulous roof development façade restoration projects, and retrofitting of building mechanical systems such as elevators, burners, chillers, and HVAC systems.

In addition, I develop project objectives and plans for the CEO and our strategic teams, administer all aspects of project management from scope to quality and risk, and conduct the bidding process and contract award. Integrating these capabilities within Oo Ventures supporting the VP of Ventures’ goals and the entire management team gives our company a competitive advantage in evaluating investments.
